Patriots Landing
Relief sculpture of American flag logo and lettering cut from 3/16 in. thick stainless steel plate.
6 ft. wide logo sleeve is mounted on vertical slab of black-painted concrete.
Letters have rods welded to back, matching holes are drilled in slab, letters are epoxied in place.
This commission, for Patriots Landing, a retirement home for military officers of all branches of service located in Du Pont, Washington, also consisted of a relief sculpture mural and an interior sign. Stainless steel and bronze metals were used here, as well.
